These black poly skid shoes are manufactured from 1/4-inch virgin UHMW poly and are designed to help reduce soil pushing in sticky field conditions and protect your metal skid plates from wear. Predrilled mounting holes and recessed hardware provide a clean installation against your existing metal skid shoes.

Installation Requirements

These poly skid shoes mount to your existing metal skid shoes. The poly components arrive predrilled, but installation requires you to transfer the hole locations and drill the metal shoes.

Some poly shoes may need minor cutting or notching to match the metal skid shoes. Remove the poly before drilling the metal; drilling through the poly into the metal can enlarge the holes in the poly and prevent the fasteners from holding correctly.

Install the leading edge first, followed by the rear edge, using the included pound rivets. Review the installation instructions and skid shoe layout before beginning.
