Shipping Policy

Shipment:

All orders will be shipped in the order they are received. Orders can be shipped UPS ground, UPS second day air, UPS next day air or any other available means (including Spee-Dee where suitable). Truck freight will be used when price competitive to UPS or when weight/size dictate otherwise. Pride Solutions is not responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit. We will work with the carrier to resolve the problem.

Handling Charge:

A handling charge will be added to all online orders during the checkout process (included in the shipping cost line). Excludes transportation and insurance charges.

Freight Claims:

When you receive your products, thoroughly inspect each one for damage or product shortage. If there is damage or shortage, please notify us no later than 7 days after shipment. We will gladly help trace or recover lost goods and collect damages. If the above procedures are followed, we can hold down the cost of reshipping freight and filling claims, thus giving better service to you.

 

May Wes Dealer Free Freight Policy

May Wes Manufacturing offers a Free Freight program for qualifying dealer orders in accordance with the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility
Free Freight is available exclusively to authorized May Wes dealers. Retail customers and non-dealer accounts are not eligible for this program.

Order Minimum
Dealer orders with a subtotal of $5,000 USD or more based on dealer net pricing qualify for Free Freight.

Shipping Method
Free Freight applies to standard ground freight selected by May Wes Manufacturing. Carrier selection, routing, and shipment scheduling are determined at the discretion of May Wes.

Exclusions & Limitations

  • Orders under $5,000 do not qualify and will be subject to standard freight charges.
  • Certain oversized, specialty, or freight-intensive products may be excluded from Free Freight eligibility. Please contact your May Wes sales representative for additional information.
  • Expedited shipping, special handling, liftgate service, residential delivery, or other accessorial charges are not included unless otherwise specified and may incur additional fees.
  • Orders shipping outside the contiguous United States do not qualify for Free Freight.

Order Modifications & Returns
If an order is modified, canceled, or returned in a manner that reduces the order subtotal below the $5,000 qualifying threshold, May Wes reserves the right to apply standard freight charges.

Program Changes
May Wes Manufacturing reserves the right to modify or discontinue this Free Freight program at any time without prior notice.
