Cut Kernel Loss and Boost Your Yield with Kernel Keeper Kits for John Deere Corn Heads
Tired of losing valuable kernels during harvest? Kernel Keeper Kits are built just for John Deere C, 700, 600, 90, and 40 Series corn heads. These kits cushion cobs upon impact, significantly reducing kernel shatter and loss. Finger brushes mounted on each gathering chain lug sweep loose kernels into the auger bed.
With an average head loss of 2–3 bushels per acre, even a modest recovery of 1/3 bushel per acre makes this kit a profitable investment.
Save over $500 per row vs the competition! At $195 per row, May Wes offers the most cost effective solution to head loss on the market.
One kit covers two rows. Includes 4 rails, 32 brushes, and hardware.
Installation of the Kernel Keeper requires drilling through your existing deck plate.
