Custom UHMW Poly Cutting Edge for Buckets and Plow Blades (ONE-PIECE blade, sized 94 – 119 inches in length) - $100 Minimum

Poly Cutting Edges are designed to protect smooth, hard surfaces such as cobblestone and pavements that can be damaged by equipment. They are not designed for continual use on rough surfaces.

• Cutting Edges for Horizontal applications are available in three different widths: 4″ nominal (3 3/4″ actual), 6″ nominal (5 3/4″ actual) or 8″ nominal (7 3/4″ actual)

Custom fabricated in the U.S.A. in our Hutchinson, Minnesota plastic fabrication shop.

Custom sized for your particular application. Measurements needed include blade length and optional hole drilling; quantity, distance between holes (center to center) and distance from edge to center of 1st hole.

Optional hardware kits include either a 5/8″ X 2″ mounting bolt or a 5/8″ X 3″ mounting bolt (for thicker blades), nut, lock washer and washer. (One kit required per hole.)

These seamless blades over 94” will be shipped freight and higher freight shipping charges will be applied. Maximum length for one-piece blades is 119″.
